Specially designed for industrial use, caliper-type disc brakes have been developed to meet the need for space-saving braking solutions. Thanks to their compact design, our units only require a minimum of axial space. Elephant Brakes powered by ATEK Drive Solutions are characterized by their robustness, fast response and are particularly suitable for braking in both directions, thanks to the deliberate absence of any servo effect.
Our modular system allows the braking system to be flexibly adapted to almost all requirements. The selection of actuating elements, the number of brake calipers and the disc diameter can be individually configured. The open design also allows the use of brake disks of any size without encountering any limiting factors.
